How to Delete Your Account & Data

DoctorX respects your privacy and provides two simple ways to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data.

Option 1: Delete from within the App (Recommended)

1. Open the DoctorX app.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This immediately removes your profile data, uploaded images, and authentication credentials.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us:

Please mention the email address or account details you used to register, so we can locate and remove your data.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

1. Your profile information (name, email, phone, clinic details).
2. Your uploaded images (profile photo, logo, personalised frame).
3. Your authentication credentials and Firebase user account.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
